1     Rambai Fruits
       Rambai - baccaurea motleyana

A fruit somewhat resembling the langsat or duku fruit but belonging to a different family, Euphorbiaceae, is the rambai, baccaurea motleyana, called rambi in the Philippines, mai-fai-farang in Thailand.
Rambai is a tree with a height of 8 -12 m and a wide tree canopy. The leaves are shiny green on the upper surface and slightly brownish and slightly bermiang on the bottom side. The leaves can be up to 30 cm long and 15 cm wide.
Rambai fruit is a kind of fruit that will bear fruit in considerable amounts. This fruit also contains nutrients and good health benefits. The fruits, in showy strands dangling from the older branches and trunk, are oval, 1 to 1 3/4 in (2.5-4.5 cm) long and 1 in (2.5 cm) thick, with thin, salmon-colored or brownish-yellow, velvety skin becoming wrinkled after ripening. The translucent, white, sweet-to-acid pulp is in 3 to 5 segments which separate readily, each segment containing a brown, flat seed about 1/2 in (1.25 cm) long, adherent to the pulp.
This tree that lives wild and usually grows in the mangrove area. In addition, this rambai plant is also quite adaptive in swamp areas; rambai trees are widespread in Southeast Asia such as Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia (especially Sumatra and Borneo).

 2    Rangpur Fruit
Rangpur Lime - citrus X limonia

Rangpur Lime trees are vigorous, productive, medium-sized, spreading trees grow to 4.5 m high and 3 m wide.  The fruit is bright orange and are highly acidic and can be used as a substitute for limes. However the name lime in connection with this fruit is misleading, because there are very few similarities between the rangpur and other fruits called limes. Rangpur, citrus × limonia or citrus reticulata × medica, sometimes called the rangpur lime, mandarin lime or lemandarin, is a hybrid between the mandarin orange and the citron. It is a citrus fruit with a very acidic taste and an orange peel and flesh.
Rangpur fruits are prized for their tangy, smoky flavour, and both the zest and juice are used for sweet and savoury dishes. The peel exudes a fresh lime fragrance and the flesh is tart and juicy and an ideal substitute for limes or lemons.  Small, whole fruits are sometimes candied or pickled, and the leaves are highly-scented and can also be used in cooking.
The fruit is easily peeled and can be broken into 8-10 segments like a mandarin, but it has a distinct strong acidic lime flavour with a deeply floral, honeysuckle aroma.  Each fruit will provide about 2 tablespoons of juice which can be used to make curds and tarts or added to cocktails with gin.  Delicious jams and marmalades can be made using the fruit and juice, and syrups can be incorporated into sparkling water and iced tea or cooked into curds and baked goods.

3     Raspberry Fruit
       Raspberry – rubus

It is a shrub that can grow up to 5 feet tall and 6 feet wide.  Raspberries should be grown in full sunlight and spaced at least 3 feet apart.  They should not be planted where eggplants, potatoes, tomatoes, or strawberries were previously grown because root diseases might be present in the location. Raspberries are perennial plants with biennial canes or stems.  The canes or suckers are used for propagation. They grow to their full height in the first year, and then they fruit during the second year. After the second year, the canes die.
Raspberries come in four colours, red, yellow, purple and black.  The purple and black varieties have rigid, upright stems and are able to stand alone.  Red and yellow varieties are trailing plants that should be supported on wires or a trellis.
Raspberry or red raspberry is a tart, sweet, red composite fruit that in proper botanical language is not a berry at all, but instead an aggregate fruit of numerous drupelets around a central core. In raspberries and other species of the subgenus, the drupelets separate from the core when picked, leaving a hollow fruit, whereas in blackberries the drupelets stay attached to the core.  The fruit is an important food crop and have a sweet taste and are very aromatic.

4      Rollinia Fruit
        Rollinia - rollinia deliciosa

This fruit is a species of flowering plant in the custard-apple family, which is native to tropical South America. It is cultivated for its edible fruits, commonly known as biribá or wild sugar-apple, throughout the world's tropics and subtropics.
This is a fast-growing, sun-loving tropical tree, with leaves up to 35 cm long. It can reach a height of 4 –15 m, which can bear fruit from seed within 3 years.  The fruit is large, conical or round, green when unripe, ripening to yellow. Its surface is covered with soft spines or protuberances which bruise and blacken with handling, giving it an unappealing appearance. This delicacy, together with a shelf life of less than a week, has limited its commercial cultivation.
The fruit pulp is very soft and sweet, tasting somewhat like a lemon meringue pie. Some reports of the flavour are extremely favourable, others more moderate. Propagation is usually by seeds.  Rollinia fruit is usually consumed fresh, but it can also be used to make juices, milkshakes, ice cream and wine etc.
