1 Holly Azara Fruit
Holly Azara is a shrubby tree to 15 - 20ft. The flowers are born in spring and are quite pretty. Small fruits are followed during early and mid-summer.
Generally grown as an ornamental tree for its powder-puff yellow-orange flowers. This attracts birds which seem to love the fruits. The fruits themselves are presumably edible for humans.
Leaves are oval, glossy medium green, evergreen and flowers are showy. Fragrant yellow-orange flowers in spring. Berries are small (0.25 - 0.50 inches), fruiting in summer.

Honeyberries (Lonicera caerulea)
Honeyberries are an ideal fruit for growing in back yard. These are also equally suitable for growing in the orchard. The shrubs require very little care and are extremely drought resistant.
Other names of this fruit are blue honeysuckle, zhimolost in Russia, haskap in Japan, sweetberry honeysuckle, fly honeysuckle, blue-berried honeysuckle.
This is a non-climbing honeysuckle native throughout the cool temperate northern hemisphere in countries such as Canada, Japan, Russia, Poland and US.
The plant or its fruit has also come to be called haskap, derived from its name in the language of the native Ainu people of Hokkaido, Japan.

3 Hyuganatsu Fruit
Hyuganatsu - citrus tamurana
Hyuganatsu is a sweet, juicy citrus variety. The fruit grows to an average diameter of 8 to 10 centimeters, and weighs around 7 ounces. The outer skin is a vivid yellow in color, and is rough and thick, much like that of an orange. The flesh of the hyuganatsu is fragrant, releasing the aroma of lemon and grapefruit once the fruit is cut or peeled. The inner flesh is made of numerous juicy sacs, which are encased in a thick, spongy white pith. Each fruit may contain several white, hard seeds.
Hyuganatsu is a Japanese citrus fruit. They may be referred to as New Summer Oranges. They are believed to be a naturally occurring hybrid of yuzu and pomelo. Hyuganatsu are eaten along with the pith, which is not bitter at all, and which help to balance out any sourness the fruit has. The fruit can be hollowed out, and the fragrant shell used as an attractive casing for jellied desserts, which are known in Japan as “wagashi”.
Hyuganatsu are most often eaten fresh. Their outer skin is peeled away to reveal the pith and juicy inner flesh, whose sweetness may be enhanced with a sprinkling of sugar. The fruit can also be used to make sorbets, jellies, jams, sake and beer. Store Hyuganatsu in the refrigerator, where they can last for several weeks.

The plants called ficus carica, it is native to the Middle East and this fruit is same as the common fig. It looks like purple on the outside and fleshy, red on the inside. In Spanish this type of fig is called “higo”.
Higo and a Breva are not the same fruit. In fact, there is only an english word to reffer to both fruits, which is Fig. Both higos and brevas do come from the same tree, but they come in different months. The main differences between them: Brevas are bigger and a bit less sweet than figs. Brevas are commonly more expensive too. Type of Figs : black ones, green ones and bull’s skin ones.
Black figs are the most common ones and they come from the same fig tree as the brevas, So that means these trees provide two harvests in 2 months.
Green figs are not that common and they have a very similar flavour to the black ones. However, these green ones come from a fig tree that only provides green figs (not brevas harvest).
Bull’s skin figs: these are the sweetest figs; they have a kind of honey at the bottom. Their skin is quite thick, therefore the word bull. This type of fig is also characterized by having white tiny spots on their skin.
This fruits are rich in minerals including potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron and copper and are a good source of antioxidants, vitamins A, E and K that contribute to health and wellness.
